OUR HISTORY
DREAL started as a real estate company and asset management firm for Belt Collins Holding Company (BCA) in 1982. We are responsible for all operational and asset management functions of Belt Collins, headquartered in Honolulu, Hawaii. Belt Collins provides engineering, planning, environmental, and landscape architecture services throughout the United States and the Pacific Rim. In 2005, we combined our real estate assets with property management services and expanded into the development industry.
LEADERSHIP
Joe Vierra, President
Joe is responsible for the operational and asset management functions of DREAL and Belt Collins Design Group. With 40 years of experience in a variety of corporate roles, he is also the President of Belt Collins Design Group and the Principal of Belt Collins Hawaii, Ltd. He has served as project engineer and project manager in the fields of resort infrastructure design, development, highway and roadway design, engineering, airfield design, coastal engineering, water resource investigation, and property development for government and private industry. Joe has managed and operated the companies investments in Washington and Hawaii for the past 25 years.
David MacKenzie, Executive Vice President
Dave is responsible for operations, security, and tenant services for both the NetRiver Building and the Alderwood Business Campus. Dave is highly experienced with long-term property management and has earned a reputation for providing superior service and satisfaction. Dave is also the principal broker and manager for DREAL's brokerage practice, Alderwood Management. With more than 40 years of experience in the construction industry, Dave currently manages all of the tenant improvement projects for DREAL in Washington and was the project manager during the development of the Ash Way Industrial Complex. Dave also has and extensive background and expertise in HVAC service, installation, and design.
